B1G1 Giving (also stated as B1G1 in this document) is all about sharing the joy of giving. To make that possible, it's important that we are clear on the way we work together. This document provides that clarity.

1. COMMITMENT
We - meaning you and B1G1 Giving - have a commitment to work together to make a difference through the application and power of B1G1 transaction-based giving and impact-based giving.
2. INTEGRITY OF WORTHY CAUSES
As a user of the B1G1 Giving Engine, you are entitled to make contributions to the Worthy Causes that are listed on the B1G1 GIVING website. These are carefully selected Worthy Causes that meet specific criteria set by B1G1 Giving. However, further enquiries from the public can be made directly to the relevant organisations and B1G1 Giving takes no liability for the information provided by the associating charity organisations. B1G1 Giving discloses complete information provided by the organisations and encourages all business users to take extra care and interest in selecting the Worthy Causes listed.
3. LOGO AND BRAND USAGE
You may use B1G1 Logos and branding under licence ONLY as a B1G1 Business Member or Partner. Contributing to the Worthy Causes listed on this site as a non-member or free user does not allow you or your company to use any of the marketing messages and intellectual property of B1G1 Giving or BUSINESSES THAT GIVE. Further, any unauthorised use of the Intellectual property is expressly prohibited. The ownership of the B1G1logos and marketing materials stays with B1G1 Giving under the licence of Buy1GIVE1 Pte Ltd (Singapore). The appropriate usage of logos and branding is stated in the terms and conditions of BUSINESSES THAT GIVE Membership section.
4. B1G1 GIVING’S RIGHT TO CANCEL USER ACCOUNT
B1G1 Giving reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel a user account should the member or user act in a way that is considered to be gross misconduct, fraud, gross misrepresentation or in cases where a business action is considered publicly damaging to B1G1 Giving.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be construed as operating under the laws of Singapore.
6. BUSINESS LIABILITY
Members and users of B1G1 Giving Engine carry no business liability whatsoever for any of B1G1 Giving's (registered society in Singapore) operations or services. B1G1 and BUSINESSES THAT GIVE members and users carry no responsibility whatsoever, legal or otherwise, for the society or for any of its assets, liabilities or obligations.
7. MEMBERSHIP/ADMINISTRATION FEES
The Membership Fee to become a B1G1 Business is US$365 per year. B1G1 Partners invest US$1000 and never incur Annual Renewal Fees. B1G1 Pte Ltd supports the Registered Society B1G1 GIVING and so a portion of Membership Fees goes to B1G1 GIVING to make sure it's able to honour the commitment of 100 per cent of giving amounts going directly to your chosen cause. Non-B1G1 Members who use the B1G1 Giving Engine are required online to cover the administration fee for each giving transaction.
8. 100% TO WORTHY CAUSE
B1G1 Giving guarantees that 100 per cent of contributions go directly to the designated Worthy Cause Partner. Any administration fees and support fees are clearly indicated on the statements and/or charged separately with clear explanations. B1G1 Giving transfers the contributions made by the users of B1G1 Giving Engine to the designated charity organisations in the following month (no later than 60 days from the date of the original transaction). However, if the accumulated total contribution amount for the organisation is less than $500 Singapore dollars, B1G1 Giving has the right to rollover the execution of remittance to the following month to minimise the bank charges incurred through the international transfer.
9. TRANSFER & CANCELLATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS
The user account of B1G1 Giving and contributions made through B1G1 Giving cannot be transferred to another company or organisations.
10. CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Terms and conditions of membership can change without notice.
