DAY 1 - 7 JULY | WEDNESDAY
SEGMENT 1: REFLECT AND RECONNECT
Here we experience a truly powerful opening to tune into what’s happening. We will dive deeply into the real uplifting stories of what’s happening on the ground to understand the issues and start seeing new possibilities.
SEGMENT 2: IMAGINE AND INNOVATE
With that deeper understanding and awareness, we move into the space of dynamic innovation. In this session, you’ll be connecting with some unexpected guests. We wish we could give away the secrets! Suffice it to say you’ll be amazed and inspired.
THE B1G1 IMPACT DINNER
Replacing our usual ‘Giving Auction Dinner’ is an evening that packs much more than an exciting auction. There are so many added elements to this evening where we involve every single person into various opportunities to create a greater impact.
DAY 2 - 8 JULY | THURSDAY
SEGMENT 3: SPARK AND SYNERGIZE
Here we continue to work on converting the roadmap into a practical plan that we implement in our own businesses. In this session, we work in intimate groups to help each other synergize the ideas so that we can create businesses that truly matter even more. And it’s highly likely you’ll end up with buddies to work with beyond the Conference experience.
SEGMENT 4: STRUCTURE AND SYSTEMIZE
Now it’s time that we commit to make the ideas into impactful reality. Together we explore ideas to create great structures, processes and systems utilizing cool tools and collaboration opportunities to take all our businesses to even higher levels.
THE APPRECIATION GALA DINNER
The familiar ‘Appreciation Gala Dinner’ returns with some nice twists too. This time, we will be spotting some unique achievements and contributions made by B1G1 Members and their team members who are not normally put in the spotlight. After all, the diversity in this giving movement makes our collective impact truly outstanding.
DAY 3 - 9 JULY | FRIDAY
SEGMENT 5: ENGAGE AND ELEVATE
Finally, it’s time to leverage our learning and influence. When we all create businesses that have more impact because we’re working together, we transform all kinds of problems in the world. In this session, we learn how to step up, level up and inspire.
OPTIONAL AFTERNOON EXPERIENCE + OPTIONAL DINNER
In the afternoon, you can choose to join in the special project visits to the local Worthy Cause Partner ‘Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation’. We divide into small groups to experience a guided city walk as well as mini-cooking class at the Blue Dragon’s center. In the evening, we will have a private dinner at a fantastic local Social Enterprise restaurant, KOTO.
