9 words that stop you ever hearing “I’ll think about it” again.

You hear it every day.

Potential Customer: So how much is that?

Salesperson: It’s 330 dollars

Potential Customer: “OK, let me think about that.”

People tell us that close to 70% of ‘sales’ conversations end that way. And they do ‘end’. The customer doesn’t hang up the phone and wander around going ‘think, think, think.’ More than likely, they call someone else.

SO ….. let’s add in the 9 words I promised you and see what happens:

Potential Customer: So how much is that?

Salesperson: It’s 330 dollars and that includes a number of very special things.

Be the potential customer at this moment — say the words that you know they’re going to say right now.

They’re these: “Oh .. what special things are they?”

And the conversation starts to transform.

Of course, you have to know what special things you have!!!
